Supporting data for "aquatic food webs in anthropogenic landscapes"

posted on 2022-11-28, 08:07 authored by Ziqi ChenDataset deposited here were collected during my PhD study at HKU and has been presented in thesis titled ‘AQUATIC FOOD WEBS IN ANTHROPOGENIC LANDSCAPES’. I curated food-web statistics and geogroaphical information on 27 published stream food webs, examined gut contents of five predators in four Hong Kong streams, and generated isotopic and fatty acid data for food web construction in three marshlands in Hong Kong and three shrimp ponds in Mai Po Nature Reserve.
