Supporting data for “<b>Inhibition of Polo-like kinase 4 manifests anti-leukemic effects through remodelling histone methylation</b>”

<p dir="ltr">This is the dataset for the thesis titled 'Inhibition of Polo-like kinase 4 manifests anti-leukemic effects through remodelling histone methylation'. Analysed and processed data from Western Blot assays (fold change) and flow cytometry assays (MFI) were all included in the excel file. <i>TP53 </i>mutant AML cell lines such as KO52 and THP1 were used, and drug treatment like CFI-400945 (PLK4 inhibitor), GSK591 (PRMT5 inhibitor), EED226 (PRC2 inhibitor) and OSMI-1 (OGTi) were done in this project.</p>
