<p dir="ltr">The thesis/project <b>Pre-Replication Complex Melts Origin DNA in Human Cells</b> is about the initial melting mechanism of origin DNA by human pre-RC complex. It contains the cryo-EM structure of human pre-RC complex (3D reconstruction density map, atomic model), cellular and biochemical data (Western blot, silver staining, negative staining, FACS et al.) to support the proposed mechanism, and also supplementary data like plasmid sequence map.</p>
