The supporting data is the diffusion and functional dataset from healthy subjects involved in the results of thesis entitled "highly-accelerated multi-shot diffusion-weighted imaging and multi-echo functional magnetic resonance imaging".
The datasets are comprised of three folders, which contains data for the study described in chapter 3 (IVIM), chapter 4 (DTI) and chapter 5 (ME-fMRI). The diffusion data were acquired on a 1.5T GE scanner and the functional data were acquired on a 3T GE scanner. The IVIM data were acquired using 4-shot EPI with 17 b-values and the DTI data were acquired using 4-shot EPI with 64 directions. The diffusion data are k-space data and can be read using MATLAB. The functional data were multi-echo fMRI images (nifti format) reconstructed from three reconstruction algorithms, including SENSE and two proposed novel reconstruction frameworks based on parametric POCSMUSE and MUSE.
