Supporting data for “Nutritional Evaluation of Cantonese Slow-Cooked Soup and the Protective Effects of Hylocereus undatus Flower against Oxidative Stress”
This dataset encompassed a systematic evaluation of the nutritional and health benefits associated with H. undatus flower soup, which serves as a quintessential exemplar of Cantonese slow-cooked soup.
The findings shed light on the multifaceted nature of CSCS as a culinary creation that seamlessly blends taste and therapeutic potential.
The findings also contribute to a broader understanding of how diet-based traditional practices can be leveraged to address contemporary health challenges in the management of metabolic and oxidative stress-related conditions.
