Supporting data for the doctoral project "Influences of Individual Factors, Instructional Practices and Social Support on Chinese EFL Learners’ Self-Regulated Reading"
The dataset involves the quantitative data derived from a reading comprehension test and a questionnaire (to elicit Chinese high-school students' self-regulated learning strategies used in English reading, their perceived instructional practices by their English teacher, and social support from the teacher and classmates), as well as the qualitative data of the follow-up semi-structured interviews (audio recording and transcription).
