This dataset includes the raw data and analysed data in the chapter 3 to chapter 7 of the thesis ''The regulation of integrin heterodimer organisation at the reticular adhesion'. The dataset here mainly investigates on the integrin-mediated reticular adhesion formation and cell migration, which enlarges the understanding of the reticular adhesions and integrin heterodimers. Dataset mainly includes images from TIRF and spinning-disk confocal microscopy and related analysis. The images analysis softwares like imageJ and Imaris are needed to open the raw data.
