Supporting data for the thesis titled The Labour Process in China's Internet Industry

This dataset includes interview transcripts with Chinese tech workers. The interviews were conducted from 2018 to 2020 by the author for his PhD research. The interviews covered the informants' work histories, daily work routines, their perceptions of the employment relations, and their opinions about the gender differences in the tech industry.
