The dataset gives the supporting data for thesis "Soft Robotic Manipulation for Intraoperative MRI-guided Non-contact Laser Surgery". This thesis aims to address the high-precision control of soft robotic manipulator that can be used in MRI-guided interventions. Each chapter folder contains figures, a description file, and a video to demonstrate the experimental results. Some data with their corresponding analyzing scripts are also provided.
