Supporting data for "One Health investigation of CTX-M type extended-spectrum beta-lactamase-producing Escherichia coli"

The project aims to investigate the CTX-M-producing E. coli across humans, animals, foods, and environmental sectors. The dataset includes the CTX-M-producing E. coli genomes and blaCTX-M-carrying plasmids. The scripts provided in the dataset were used for genomic analysis. The sequence file (end with .fna) were shared sequences carrying blaCTX-M genes across One Health sectors.
