The experiment data of the PhD thesis entitled: The identification and characterization of PPM1G in the regulation of cancer stemness in hepatocellular carcinoma. The dataset content is following the sequence of pictures arranged in the chapter III of the thesis. The data focus on the selection of PPM1G, the clinical significance, the in vitro and in vivo function assays and the interaction of downstream genes by experiment and bioinformatic analysis.
