This dataset is the supporting data for “The role of interferon lambda in the pathogenesis of Sjögren's syndrome”.

To investigate the role of interferon lambda in the pathogenesis of Sjögren's syndrome, in vivo experiments using experimental mouse models of Sjögren's syndrome and in vitro experiments using cultured salivary gland epithelial cells are conducted in this study. The original experimental raw data are obtained by different techniques, including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), quantitative PCR (qPCR) data, flow cytometric staining, confocal imaging, histological analysis, and western blotting, etc.

The dataset includes raw data as well as analyzed data as demonstrated in all the chapters in the submitted thesis.

The contents include ELISA and q-PCR data in Excel and pzfx formats. Data are analyzed by Graphpad Prism software.

Besides, raw histological, confocal images and Western blotting images in Jpeg/tiff format, which are easily readable, are also included in the dataset. All the images are labeled with detailed information of the groups and the detected markers. For confocal images, the information of different markers in different channels are also labeled.

Raw flow cytometric data in FCS format are also included in the dataset, which are analyzed by Flowjo software. The generated images by FlowJo are also presented.

Moreover, the dataset also includes PPT file of the presentation in departmental RPG seminar and a RPG poster in pdf file, which was displayed in scientific meeting of Hong Kong Society of Flow Cytometry in 2022.
