Supporting data for “Implementation of 3D printing in photon, electron radiotherapy and brachytherapy”

There are three datasets in excel format are included in the main folder. Each excel file named with the chapter number, which means the data used for analysis in the study of that chapter of thesis. For the chapter 3 dataset, it contains the dosimetric data for 10 cervix and endometrium cancer recurrent patients for using redesign 3D printed applicator and orginial applicator for brachytherapy treatment. The data contains the radiation dose to tumor and organs at risk when using the 3D printed applicator and orginial applicator.

For the chapter 4 dataset, it contains the dosimetric data for 27 left breast cancer patients using electron boost after lumpectomy, the data included the radiation dose to tumor and organs at risk of patients using 3D printed modulated electron bolus and without bolus. This study is published in the journal of medical dosimetry and I have added to the related materials below.

For the chapter 5 dataset, it contains the dosimetric data for 20 breast cancer patients underwent lumpectomy using simultaneous integrated boost, the datad included the radiation dose to tumor and organs at risk of patients using dental wax and 3D printed bolus as bolus.
