Supporting data for "Determining the function of chromosomal nuclear peripheral localization in nuclear envelope rupture repair and cell cycle regulation"

In this study, we aimed to explore how cells respond to nuclear rupture, how they repair it, and which checkpoints are activated to protect the cells from damage. Furthermore, it also can provide a better understanding of the cellular pathology in diseases with nuclear envelope instability and frequent ruptures, such as in laminopathies and cancers.
