Supporting data for “Molecular Mechanism of Origin Firing in Budding Yeast”

The primary objective of this thesis is to investigate the structures and functions of replication complexes involved in the origin firing process. To support the research conducted for this thesis, a comprehensive dataset is provided. The dataset includes information on various strains and plasmids, including different mutants. Additionally, the dataset contains the purification and assembly protocols, blotting results, and negative staining results of the proteins and complexes prepared for cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) examination. Furthermore, the dataset includes the steps and blotting results of different assays conducted to elucidate the biochemical functions of the proteins. Raw data from specific analyses such as fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and spot assays are also included in the dataset.
