The dataset includes the asymmetric synthesis of chiral chromanes and the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of these compounds. In the first part, we collected data from the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), high resolution mass spectrum (HRMS) and optical rotation of newly synthesized compounds. In the second part, we collected data about cell viability, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of these compounds using Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8 kit), reactive oxygen species (ROS kit) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA kit).
