Supporting data for "The effect of silver diamine fluoride treatment on dental pulp cells"

The raw data of the tests performed within the thesis are organized into different chapters.Chapter 4 includes the readings of silver and fluoride ion diffusion through different thicknesses of dentine. The silver ion data were collected using an ICP machine, while the fluoride ion data were collected using a fluoride electrode. Additionally, this chapter incorporates MANOVA and GEE statistical analyses.Chapter 5 encompasses the raw data for the CCK-8 assay, along with images of Alizarin red staining, cellular morphology, flow cytometry, and Live & Dead assays.Chapter 6 focuses on angiogenesis and contains raw data and images of angiogenesis (tube formation), HUVEC migration, sphere migration, and ELISA assays.
