<p dir="ltr">This dataset compiles the foundational experimental data supporting the investigation into the chromatin-regulatory mechanisms of the oncogenic histone H3.3 G34W mutation, a key driver in giant cell tumors of bone.</p><p dir="ltr">Together, these integrated datasets trace the molecular pathway through which the H3.3 G34W mutation is recognized by a specific chromatin reader, and, in a parallel study, map the phosphorylation-dependent interactome of a key cell polarity regulator.</p>
