Sjögren’s disease (SjD) is a prevalent autoimmune disorder characterized by exocrinopathy primarily affecting the lacrimal and salivary glands (SGs), leading to severe symptoms of dry eye and dry mouth. Currently, there is no specific treatment for SjD, largely due to the limited understanding of its immunopathogenesis. This project is about the investigation of STING/IFN-I axis on the interplay between T cells and B cells in Sjogren’s disease (SjD).

The data files include the raw data achieved from the experiments. Among them, the dataset (Chapter 4) contains the data that elucidates how STING/IFN-I axis drives interplay between marginal zone B cell and T follicular helper cell in Sjogren’ disease, while the dataset (Chapter 5) contains the data that explains Eriodictyol ameliorates Sjögren's Disease by restraining STING-mediated type I interferon.
