This study aimed to identify clinically and pathologically relevant oncogenic signaling proteins/axis that promotes the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma. The involvement of identified oncogenic proteins in modulating the tumor microenvironment was also been studied.

The dataset includes:

spreadsheets recording all raw and analyzed results, including ELISA, qPCR , proliferation assays, colony formation assays, sphere formation assays, migration assays, tube formation assays, flow cytometry analysis, expression correlation analysis, mass spectrometry results, in vivo results, and clinical correlation results.

microscopic images and in vivo model images, including IHC images, tumor images, and bioluminescence images.

documents for statistical analysis, mainly survival and pathological correlation analysis.
