This dataset contains all clustered long-term rental apartments revitalised from commercial or industrial properties in Beijing. This dataset includes the developer or operator as well as the location of the long-term rental housing project. The data is collected from the official websites of LRA companies and the online housing transaction platform. This dataset provides readers with an overall picture as well as the distribution characteristics of different types of long-term rental housing developed in Beijing.
