The dataset primarily focuses on PCR detection summary for astrovirus and coronavirus, NGS summary, and ELISA summary. A total of 890 rats were collected and analyzed using polymerase chain reaction amplification and Sanger sequencing and next-generation sequencing (NGS) to detect the presence of coronaviruses and astroviruses.
The results revealed a 4.7% positivity rate for coronaviruses and a 1.75% positivity rate for astroviruses among the sampled rodents.
