supporting data for "The evolution and functions of secretin-like ligand-receptor systems in amphioxus"

<p dir="ltr">In this study, we use Cas9 to knockout individual genes in the genome, then use these mutant lines to investigate the functions of these secretin-like peptides and receptors, which will not only help us have a better understanding of the functions of their homologies in vertebrates, but also provide novel insights into the origin and evolution of Secretin-like genes from invertebrates to vertebrates.</p><p dir="ltr">The data is mainly about the images and physical measurement of studied animals. The data about physical measurement of studied animals is integrated into Excel files.</p>
