From mESCs to mEPSCs: A proteomics-based study

Out laboratory has derived mEPSCs from mESCs, which represents a breakthrough in stem cell research. Unlike the standard pluripotent stem cells, mEPSCs can contribute to both embryonic and extra-embryonic lineages in the chimera assay (Yang et al., 2017a). In the development of EPSC culture conditions, many small molecules are tested to target an array of pathways involving early development. However, the mechanism of transiting from mouse ESCs to EPSCs is not fully dissected. In this these,I aim to find out the underlying mechanism.
