Supporting data for “Axon guidance molecule PLXNA3 promotes tumorigenesis and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma”
This is the complete dataset for the thesis "Axon guidance molecule PLXNA3 promotes tumorigenesis and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma".
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an aggressive cancer with poor prognosis. Axon guidance molecules have been implicated in cancer growth and metastasis. We identified Plexin A3 (PLXNA3)to be highly correlated with poor clinical outcomes and aggressive cancer features. We manipulated the expression of PLXNA3 in HCC cell lines and found that it gained more aggressive abilities. We also identify its upstream regulator of PLXNA3 and downstream mechanism in driving HCC progression
Detailed methodology can be found in the "Chapter 2. Materials and Methods" of the thesis.
All data are included in the dataset main folder. The file directory and description for the dataset can be found in the README.txt file.
