Supporting data for "Exosomal ICAM-2 Regulates the Function of Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cells to Establish a Pre-metastatic niche for Ovarian Cancer"

This thesis elucidates the role of exosomal ICAM-2 in mediating the functions of plasmacytoid dendritic cells to shape a pre-metastatic niche that supports the progression of ovarian cancer. This is demonstrated with various methods including Western blot, immunofluorescence and in vivo experiments etc. The data files contain original pictures of immunohistochemical staining, membranes of Western blot, immunofluorescence images, colocalization images, mice data and quantification with excel files, which validated the importance of exosomal ICAM-2 in forming a niche favourable for ovarian cancer metastasis.
