In this study, the HIF-1α stabilization and 3D culture system of was constructed to promote endothelial differentiation of SHED, achieve angiogenesis, and improve lower limb ischemia in mice.

The uploaded data of this study showed that the endothelial differentiation of Induced-SHED was significantly improved (gene level, protein level and functional level), and RNA-sequencing results showed that the genes and pathways of Induced-SHED related to endothelial differentiation, angiogenesis, cell adhesion, migration and proliferation were significantly improved. In addition, induced-SHED improved blood perfusion and ischemia score of mice in vivo experiment, and achieved angiogenesis and a reduction of tissue fibrosis in histological analysis.
