Supporting data for "Integrative diagnosis of patients with unresolved neuromuscular diseases and establishment of their iPSC"

This is the data for integrative analysis of patients with neuromuscular diseases and their iPSC reprogramming. It includes the molecuar cloning validated by agarose gel. Besides, it includes a table of gene ontology list which is the enriched in our cohort of patients. It also includes the reprogramming process of PBMC to iPSC and its validation of iPSC reprogramming. To prove its pluripotency of reprogrammed stem cells from PBMC, the markers of this validation chosed are surface markers and necleus markers.
