Supporting data for “Modulation of immunometabolism to shape B cell fate and function by Δ42PD1 and SARS-CoV-2 spike protein”

All data in this dataset are for supporting the thesis "Modulation of immunometabolism to shape B cell fate and function by Δ42PD1 and SARS-CoV-2 spike protein". This dataset includes all western blot, DNA gel , transmission electron microscopy photos, representative plots of flow cytometry and data analysis in Prism software of my two projects - Δ42PD1 promotes B cell differentiation under an inflammatory condition and SARS-CoV-2 spike protein suppresses follicular B cell differentiation and metabolism.
