This file contains all raw and processed data of the thesis titled 'Nsp1 facilitates SARS-CoV-2 replication through calcium- calcineurin-NFATc2 signaling pathway'. The research study investigated how the SARS-CoV-2-encoded viral protein nsp1 hijacked the cellular calcieurin-NFAT pathway to substantiate SARS-CoV-2 replication and explored possible anti-nsp1 strategy to mitigate SARS-CoV-2 viral replication. 

This encrypted file contains the nanopore sequencing data for DelNSP1 BACmid and virus (Folder 1), the raw data for all infection assays, qPCR and luciferase assays (Folder 2), and the western blot images (Folder 3) in the study. An additional folder contains all the processed data with proper annotation of all data in this study (Folder 4).
