The three zipped data files contains the data corresponding to my thesis chapters.
The Chapter 4 Dataset contains the quantification of different clearing conditions in absorbance, tissue size change and tissue protein loss. The amount of protein loss was qunatified by the stain free gels, the gel images together with excel files showing the materials loaded on each lane were included. Photos of brain sections used for qunatifying the area change were also included. It also contains a folder of confocal imaging files of the staining in different clearing conditions.
The Chapter 5 Dataset contains the confocal images of tracing different neural ciruits by two AAV tracing system, Antero-System and Retro-System.
The Chapter 5 Dataset comtains the confocal images of visualizing different neural circuits in the 6-OHDA model or Saline control. It also includes the raw images and the data analyzing file of qunatifying axonal density.
