Supporting data for "The Role of IL-17A in the Immune Microenvironment and Bone Homeostasis in Porphyromonas gingivalis-induced Periodontitis"

The directory contains seven files, each housing distinctive biological and molecular data. 01_CT has micron-scale computed tomography images, while 02_HE and 03_TRAP contain haematoxylin and eosin staining and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase staining images respectively. 04_PCR includes real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction data. 05_16s and 06_scRNA hold 16S rRNA and single-cell RNA sequencing data respectively, used for bacterial study and cell differentiation analysis. Lastly, 07_IF comprises images from immunofluorescence staining, used to visualize specific proteins or antigens.
