Supporting data for "The Role of IL-17A in the Immune Microenvironment and Bone Homeostasis in Porphyromonas gingivalis-induced Periodontitis"

<p dir="ltr">The directory contains seven files, each housing distinctive biological and molecular data. <code>01_CT</code> has micron-scale computed tomography images, while <code>02_HE</code> and <code>03_TRAP</code> contain haematoxylin and eosin staining and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase staining images respectively. <code>04_PCR</code> includes real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction data. <code>05_16s</code> and <code>06_scRNA</code> hold 16S rRNA and single-cell RNA sequencing data respectively, used for bacterial study and cell differentiation analysis. Lastly, <code>07_IF</code> comprises images from immunofluorescence staining, used to visualize specific proteins or antigens.</p>
