<p dir="ltr">The Hong Kong swine coronavirus surveillance took place from 2018 to 2025 Summer. A total of 6585 samples were screened for the swine coronavirus RdRp region with an overall positive rate of 22% (1423/6585) between 2018 to 2025 summer. The positive rate detected in each year follows: 27% (2018), 25% (2019), 20% (2021 December and 2022), 18% (2023), 19% (2024), and 22% (January to 2025 summer (August)). There is also an apparent seasonal trend with more cases in the winter and spring seasons. Furthermore, there are more cases detected in Guangdong when compared to other neighboring provinces.</p>
