Supporting data for "the role of endocytic recycling and glycosylation of N-cadherin in ovarian cancer"

The data includes all the data for the thesis.The thesis focused on identifying a promising EMT-associated regulator in ovarian cancer as well as clarifying N-cadherin glycosylation in ovarian cancer by using various methods. The dataset included the data of cell adhesion assay, migration assay, invasion assay, cell polarity assay and a number of Western blotting images, which supported the important role of endocytic recycling and glycosylation of N-cadherin in ovarian cancer.
