Supporting data for “PDZD2 and Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma: Study of rs72759609 in Human NT2 Cells and Glaucoma-Like Phenotypes in Pdzd2-Deficient Mice”
Protein expressions were detected by chemiluminescence after antibody incubation in Western blotting and EMSA. The light emission was captured on X-ray films, which was scanned into the computer for soft copies and saved as JPG. The band intensities were compared using ImageJ software.
Protein expressions and their locations in the retina sections were analyzed via IHC. The retina sections were visualized under fluorescence microscope, and captured using cellSens Dimension Software to form images, which were saved as TIF files.
Fundus images of the mouse samples were taken under a surgical microscope and saved as TIF files.
