Knowing the available library spaces and facilities
Finding information resources (collections) within and beyond HKU Libraries
Understanding teaching support services including setting-up reading lists for your course students, textbooks purchase, copyright in teaching and learning, and similarity check with Turnitin
Understanding what services to support research are available, including citation management software, data management and sharing, open access publishing, research assessment, and enhancing research visibility
