<p>In an era of geopolitical complexities and shifting global dynamics, overseas libraries play a crucial role in fostering academic and cultural exchange between the United States and China. These institutions serve as neutral platforms for knowledge sharing and scholarly communication, fostering collaboration opportunities even in challenging and uncertain times. This presentation explores how overseas libraries facilitate expanded resource sharing, serve as publishers, and support cross-Pacific institutional collaboration efforts. Additionally, it examines how these libraries promote programs and activities focused on Chinese Studies, fostering community building through events and outreach initiatives. Possible strategies and solutions to mitigate future challenges will be discussed and proposed.</p>
