	Incudes X-ray images in jpeg/tif format, easily readable. File includes whole mount 		X-rays, tail X-rays, and tail looping X-rays. XL sheet of X-ray analysis done through 	ImageJ software. 
	Folder 2:

	Histology data
	Includes raw histological images in Jpeg/tiff format, easily readable. Includes IVD 	histology, growth plate histology, limb histology and tail looping histology. XL sheet 		of histology analysis measuring area, volume, disc height and disc length. 

	Folder 3:

	Immunofluorescence data (IF)
	IF images in tiff format includes seperate channels and merged channels. IF 	staining for 		Pax1(red), Sox9(green), Collagen 1(green)/2(red), 	Dapi(blue) and Tunel assay 	(red). 

	Folder 4:

	RPG presentation
	Inculdes PPT of presentation in RPG seminar and RPG poster in pdf files.
