   Short description: The SEM and TEM data showed the morphology of dental tissues treated with 
                      the study strontium-doped bioactive glass and other control agents.The file 
                      contains the SEM and TEM images in jpg/tif/png format and Excel sheet of EDS
                      raw data.

        
   B. Filename: Folder 2_XRD data        
   
   
   Short description: The XRD data showed the characteristic of newly formed apatite on the enamel 
                      and dentine surfaces and the peaks in the spectrum can help us to confirm the
                      precipitaitons.The file contains the images of X-ray diffraction in jpg format 
                      which is easily readable. Excel sheets of XRD raw data were also contained.           


        
   C. Filename: Folder 3_Micro-CT data      
 
   
   Short description: Micro-CT data showed the lesion depths and mineral loss of the enamel and dentine
                      tissues.The file contains the images of micro-CT in jpg format.Lesion depths and 
                      mineral loss of dental tissues were listed in excel sheets.



   D. Filename:Folder 4_FTIR and Raman spectroscopy data  

   
   Short description: FTIR and Raman spectroscopy spectrum showed the typical pattern of newly formed 
                      apatite and the peaks can be detected to confirm the exact ions in the crystals. 
                      The file contains the images of FTIR spectrum and Raman spectrum in jpg format.
                      Raw data of FTIR and Raman were contained in the excel sheets.



   E. Filename: Folder 5_Other data  
   
   
   Short description: The optical density value and pH value of bacterial suspension were assessed.Crystal
                      size of newly formed apatite was also measured. Includes the optical density value 
                      and pH values assessed, and the crystal size data in the study.
