This dataset is the supporting data for my PhD thesis "Mechanisms of ultrafine anaphase bridge (UFB) binding proteins, RIF1 and PP1, in regulating UFB resolution", organized in the logical order following results in the thesis. From the generation and confirmation of target cell line to various functional studies. The experiments used are mainly western blotting, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence staining, and co-immunoprecipitation. Thus the data are mainly formed by the processed figures generated from different experiments with the purpose described inside each file. The README file is also organized in the order with the detailed description of variables set for each study.
