Supporting data for "The antineoplastic impact of thymoquinone from nigella sativa on small cell lung cancer"

Dataset 1 shows the effects of thymoquinone (TQ), a naturally-derived compound from black cumin (Nigella sativa), on small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells. TQ dose-dependently reduces cell viability of SCLC cells. Dataset 2 demonstrates the induction of S-phase arrest in SCLC cells. TQ halts cancer cell growth and destines the cell to apoptosis. Dataset 3 shows the effect of TQ on the expression of STAT3, a vital protein in cell proliferation.
